From Benoit Leveque we received this photo from Finland.
The Finnish air traffic control did in 1998 answer a letter from Benoit with a letter and a photo of the beacon PVO at Porvoo,
about 50 km east of Helsinki.
The photo was send by mr. Matti Häyrinen.
The VOR is the type SEL 4000 and the DME is a type FACE FSD-15.
