Lee-on-Solent NDB LSO, 5 July 2005.

This beacon is standing at Lee-on-Solent airport. We found two spots where a good picture can be taken, but in our case the drizzle made it a bit difficult.

First we found a spot along the road, coming from the “boulevard” heading for Stubbington. Just after the bend on the RHS is a fence after which you can see the airfield, the tower and the NDB.

Driving back to Lee-on-Solent we spotted a road to the left 200 metre after the bend. This road ends at a gate to the airfield. Here also you can find a good spot for making a picture of the NDB.
