Grenoble Saint Geoirs Locator EG, 28 July 2007.

The airfield of Grenoble is positioned at the south east of Lyon near Saint Etienne-de-Saint Geoirs. East and west of the runway some kilometres away from the airport stands a Locator beacon. EG is east of the runway.

At the airport you go east by using the D119. The beacon is at the LHS of this road behind the trees and scrubs.
If you want to be nearer to the beacon you must follow the road until the roundabout. Choose the D1085 (Route de Grenoble) direction Lyon. After ca. 500m is the second road to the left, take it and at the next junction take the road that NOT leads over the viaduct. This road goes along the D119 and leads along the beacon.
