NDB LMA, 'Lima', May 6, 2005

This beacon is often heard at the Netherlands. This was a good reason to put in it my collection, and so I did in 2005. But the photo was not as good as I wanted and I forgot to make sound recordings. So we had a good reason to visit it again when we where in Germany in 2009.

Route from A40 to LMA, ca. 5.3 km – 6 min.
Take exit 4-Wachtendonk. Keep right at the crossing and follow signs for Kempen. Go onto the Kempener Straße / L361. Follow the L361 for 2.9 km, than with an easy bent to the right go onto the Straelenerstraße. After 1 km you turn to the Hausheckweg and after 300 metres you continue on the Schmeddersweg. You find the beacon at the RHS after 400 metres.
