Wunstorf NDB WUN , 2 June 2008.

This beacon is located a few kilometres east of the east-west runway in the woods. It is completely surrounded with trees and scrubs, so we could only make two good photos.

Drive on the A2 in east direction to the Restebrink. Take exit 40-Wunstorf-Luthe to the B441 direction Wunstorf-Luthe/Steinhude/Seelze. Join the Lutherstraße (signs to Wunstorf/B441/Luthe/Steinhude). Go left at B441/Lutherstraße. Go on onto the B441 and take after 3.3 km the exit direction Adolf-Oesterheld-Straße/K344. Go right onto the Adolf-Oesterheld-Straße/K344 and follow the K344. After 2 km take easy bent to the right at K333/Leinechaussee. Go left after 2.4 km onto a forest path. After ca. 800 meter there is at the right a complex with allotment gardens and there you find a path at an angle to the left.
Take this path to the left and nearly immediately you find a path to the left that’s leading to the beacon.

Touristic information:
In the surroundings of this beacon is a salt and kali works. You can see the white deposit hill. There is the possibility to visit this works. See the following link: K+S KALI GmbH
